Whew! What a busy week we have had! We had our annual Easter egg hunt and party, at LakeRidge (Marleigh's C.D.O.). She was so excited to hunt eggs out on the playground. Poor things had to fight the hurricane force winds of West Texas, though! They all found several eggs and decided they were ready to go in for their party. I love to watch her hunt eggs. Too Fun!!

We spent the last part of our fun day celebrating Mrs. Holder's birthday. All of the kids in Kylie's class brought her one flower each to make a bouquet of flowers. It turned out really beautiful! The class ate cupcakes and sang to her. She told the class, "this was my best birthday ever." Kylie just loved hearing that! Happy Birthday, Mrs. Holder!!
This was the cross I found for her at Hobby Lobby. I love that place! I might need one for myself!!
I hope all of you have had a blessed week and have a wonderful Easter! :)

Easter Egg hunts are the best! One of the Junior High moms set one up for us at Bible Study the other night. The kids were so surprised and we had a lot of fun. You are NEVER too old for that kind of stuff!
We don't miss the wind at all! Love seeing your girls, they are growing so fast. Happy Easter to you!
Marls looked so cute in her bunny ears! I can't believe ya'll were out there in those winds! FYI---FCN Easter Hunt at 10:00 a.m. Sat.!
My sweet Martha and extra sweeties, Kylie and Marleigh - how I enjoy all out times together - it's Easter again and here I am another year older and grayer!!!
But....the house is almost finished - yeah! What a blast climbing up that hill in a car to get to it. I see visions of you and I decorating to the hilt! It will be totally different from the other house we had in Ruidoso - now on to finish the second floor -so the whole crew can come up.
I can't wait to go to Auntie Ellen's graudation - Dr. Ellen Pearl (she just loves that name) Kelph!!!! I am so proud of my baby sister. I will be retiring soon and I'm thinking about more education myself (gee it's free after 55 at TTU).
I love you Martha - you have always been a strength and joy to my heart,
Mom
