Happy Easter, My Friends!

Just wanted to tell all of you that I hope you had a blessed Easter Sunday. I thank God for all of my friends and wonderful family!!!! HE is risen!

Easter Fun and Birthday Bash!

Whew! What a busy week we have had! We had our annual Easter egg hunt and party, at LakeRidge (Marleigh's C.D.O.). She was so excited to hunt eggs out on the playground. Poor things had to fight the hurricane force winds of West Texas, though! They all found several eggs and decided they were ready to go in for their party. I love to watch her hunt eggs. Too Fun!!

We spent the last part of our fun day celebrating Mrs. Holder's birthday. All of the kids in Kylie's class brought her one flower each to make a bouquet of flowers. It turned out really beautiful! The class ate cupcakes and sang to her. She told the class, "this was my best birthday ever." Kylie just loved hearing that! Happy Birthday, Mrs. Holder!!

This was the cross I found for her at Hobby Lobby. I love that place! I might need one for myself!!

Flashback Friday: Easter Style!

Look at my sweet little peeps! Ky was 3 and Marls was only 6 months. We still use the same Easter baskets. I found them in the Pottery Barn kids catalog. They have the cutest stuff! It is so hard to believe that it has been almost four years since this picture was taken. The girls are so excited for the Easter bunny to come visit this year.
