Wow! What busy week we have had. We have gone to two fall festivals, and are trick-or-treating with Nene, tonight. I have to say that the Padime costume is on it's last legs. I think we are about ready to retire our costumes for the year.

We went to a trunk-or-treat festival on Wed. night, at First church of the Nazarene. (the Church I went to growing up) It was so much fun! They had a hayride, horse ride, and best of all we got to meet Graham Harrell. He graciously offered to sign autographs and take pictures with his fans. How cool is that!

We saw my best friend Laurie and her fam. (Check out Laurie's blog to see pics of her two cutie pies, Gavin and Cassidy)We love you guys! Our other great friends, the Jones' and the Mills joined us for the fun. (Thanks for coming!) All in all it was a great week. We are looking forward to this weekend. In case you can't tell, we are BIG Texas Tech fans. Laurie has invited us to join them for the big game, so I have to give a shout out to my Red Raiders. GO TECH! Beat U.T! Honey Elementary Fall Festival

We ventured out Friday night to our first Honey Elementary Fall Festival. You are not seeing things. Kylie chose to be a Star Wars character this year. Her friend, Carson Hill, introduced her to Star Wars. Kylie is Padime Amidala. (At least she is a strong independent woman!) Marleigh chose Snow White. They had a great time. Jason and Marleigh shared cotton candy. Kylie had her hair spray painted, and she also wanted a face tattoo. I was happy to see that she chose the Texas Tech double T. (GO TECH!) We are looking forward to trick-or-treating in Nene's neighborhood. Here are a few pics from our night. We hope you had a great weekend!

We recently celebrated our "baby's" sixth birthday. Time flies by so fast. I cannot believe Kylie is six. She started kindergarten this year and is loving it. Marleigh is now two and a half going on twenty. Jason and I are doing well. He is busy with school and work. I am busy doing everything else. (just kidding) My best friend, Laurie, and I are staying busy with Frilly Dillys. I am still enjoying my bow making.
