Valentine Fun!

We had a week full of Valentine's activities. Both girls had their parties at school. I ended up making so many goodie bags. Laurie made me the cutest checkbook covers for all of the girls teachers. They turned out super cute. She has pictures of them on her awesome blog. Go check them out! Thanks Lala!! They had a great week. I am looking forward to this week slowing down. I need to catch up on some cleaning! I hope all of you had a wonderful Valentine's day. I pray that you all have an awesome week!

Happy Birthday Jarren!

Sweet Jarren!

Loving Bowling!

Wow! I have really been disconnected from the blog world. Last week was so busy! From parties to Valentines Day, we were worn out by the weekend. I will be doing two posts. This one is from my nephew's birthday party. He and Kylie are just four months a part and so they are super close. He had his party at the bowling alley. The girls had so much fun and enjoyed getting to spend  time with their cousins. We love you, Jarren!

I Pledge Allegiance...

What am I going to do with Kylie? Within the last week, poor thing has had a spider bite and an allergic reaction to some antibiotics. We took her to the doctor last Saturday because she had a nasty looking spot on her leg. The doctor determined that he thought she had a spider bite. (Only my kid would have a spider bite!) He put her on a sulfa based antibiotic. Let me tell you, I have never seen a bottle as big as that one. I posted a pic down below. That thing is huge. I don't think the picture does it justice. On Sunday night, she had a terrible allergic reaction to the medicine. She had a tough weekend, but is doing fine now. They changed her antibiotic, so her bite looks so much better.  You just have to have a very good sense of humor when you have kids! They definitely keep you on your toes.

Thank the Lord, our week has gone better. Ky was chosen to say the pledge on her morning announcements at school. She did great! I was the cheesy mom who was taking pics of her in Mr. Neeb's office. It's so funny how many more pictures I take now that I blog. I take my camera everywhere. I guess that's a good thing right?

The gigantic bottle of antibiotics!
Didn't want to leave Marls out. She's doing good! As sassy as ever. I had a picture of her doing the peace sign. I don't know where she learned that one, but it's super cute. I accidently forgot to put that pic first on the post. Still learning! We are looking forward to the weekend. My nephew, Jarren, is having his sixth birthday on Saturday. Should be a busy one. I guess that is all from the Jones household. I am going to go and catch up on some American Idol. As Marleigh would say, "Peace out!"
