Wow! I can't believe my babe is a first grader. Time is surely passing by, as my mom always told me it would. O.k., I know I'm being super mushy! Kylie had a great first day. She was a tiny bit nervous, but was so brave. This year, her teacher is a man named Mr. Lamm. At first, I was a little unsure how she would do with a male teacher. I have heard wonderful things about him, but I was really wondering what Ky would think. She came running out of school saying, " I love my class and Mr. Lamm." I was one relieved momma. ( Isn't it a mom's perogative to worry?) I am so glad that she loves her school and her new teacher. I hope all of your sweet kiddos had a wonderful first day back. I posted some pics below of Ky.

Oh, my goodness!! I love that outfit! I am impressed that you can tie a tie!!! She looks so beautiful and stylish! Just like her Momma! Glad her year if off to a great start! I love you, Kybuggers!

Great pictures! It was a big deal to Emma to get to put things in her own desk! I didn't realize our girls were the same age till this week! So we can relate....How fun!!!

And I know just how you feel about her having a desk now! Caroline started 1st grade this week too, and I share the desk sentiment! I guess I just wasn't expecting it!
