I Love This Guy!

Just wanted to do a post to tell you guys a wonderful praise for our family. After 18 years, Jason has quit smoking. He has been smoke-free for 5 weeks now. I have prayed that he would quit for a long time now. He has a history in his family of lung disease, and so I am thrilled that he has made this decision. God is so good! PTL! I have seen so many changes in him these past few weeks. Read below to see what little things he has been doing.

He surprised me with this!

Last Week was so hectic for us. Dance practices, memory books, etc. I was worn out by Thurs. evening. I was finally getting to talk to Jason about everything that was going on that week. He kept interrupting the conversation to tell me to go and wash my face. ( I have a bedtime routine: take contacts out, wash my face, brush my teeth, go to the bathroom.) I wasn't getting it at all that he was trying to surprise me. The bottle of perfume was in the bathroom and I didn't even see it. I walked by it several times and didn't even notice. I came out of the bathroom, and Jas said, "You are not very observant at all!" I was still wondering what he was talking about. He finally told me to go look in the bathroom. I saw the bottle. We laughed so hard. He just needs to surprise me more often. I could get used to it. 

I am praising God so much today for helping my Hubby through this somewhat hard time. He has done great and I am so proud to be his wife!
