Yummy Recipe!

I wanted to post a yummy recipe that I made last week. I get stumped sometimes, when I plan my family menu for the week. Jason loves when I cook something new. If you guys ever have a delicious recipe you want to share, shoot me an e-mail. I love having new foods to make. So here goes...

Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
1. 3-4 breasts of chicken
2. 1 can of chicken broth
3. 1 1/3 cup of rice
4. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
5. 1 can cream of chicken soup
6. 8 oz. tub of sour cream
7. 2 sleeves of ritz crackers
8. 1 stick of butter
9. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Broil your chicken for aprox. 25-30 min. (You can also use 3 cans of chicken, Jason likes the real thing!)  Put your rice and chicken broth in the bottom of a 9 X 13 in. pan. Your rice should float in the bottom. Mix the cans of soup, sour cream, and broiled cut-up chicken in a bowl. Place the soup mixture all on top of the rice and chicken broth. Then you place cheddar cheese all over the top of the soup mixture. Take your ritz crackers and crush them in a ziplock baggie. I crush mine with can. Place the crushed ritz crackers on top of the cheddar cheese. Melt 1 stick of butter in the microwave. Pour all over the top of your ritz crackers you just placed in your casserole. Place in the oven for 30 min.. Jason said this is his favorite version of this recipe. I hope you guys enjoy!

Look who came to see Kylie last night!

She lost her 5th tooth. We found this cute tooth fairy doll at Stein Mart of all places. She was so excited to put her tooth in it. Marls was so funny. She told us that she did NOT want the tooth fairy to come into her room. I told her that the tooth fairy comes only when you loose a tooth. I hope she changes her mind, by the time she looses her first tooth. She cracks us up!! Have a fabulous Monday, my friends!!
